These conversation starters can be used in both the Wild Planet and Surviving Australia exhibitions.

Learn about animals from Australia and around the world in our Wild Planet exhibition. Encounter the fossil ancestors of Earth’s living species, wonder at living fossils, see extinct species, and learn why preserving biodiversity is so important. Or explore the weird and wonderful creatures that we share this immense continent with, and their extinct predecessors in the Surviving Australia exhibition. Exploring the fascinating and sometimes scary animals living in our waterways, oceans, mountains and deserts, this gallery will answer your questions about Australia’s unique wildlife.
