Anoplognathus brevicollis
Anoplognathus nebulosus is extremely similar to A. brevicollis. However, the apices of its elytra are squarely cut, not sharply produced, but have a small spine extending from their sutural ridges.
It is also similar to A. narmarus and A. macleayi, however these species are only known from central Australia, and have a longer clypeus, with bluntly produced apices to their elytra.
