
Kiah Walford
Kiah is a proud Aboriginal woman who grew up in the Blue Mountains. She has experience as a social worker in child protection, in addition to working in the museum sector across First Nations programming, archival collections, research, and curation.
Prior to her position of Repatriation Researcher, Kiah was employed at the AM as an Assistant Curator, creating online content for the Barka exhibition, assisting in the roll out and collection of consultation materials for the First Nations gallery exhibition, and recorded First Nations language and video content for the Frog ID touring exhibition.
She is a staunch advocate for her people, and in the sharing of culture and knowledge.
