Teachers' nights at the Museum
Come along and meet our Education team and discover the fantastic learning opportunities on offer, ask questions and explore the Museum after-hours.
Held once a term, Australian Museum teachers' nights are an opportunity for teachers to meet with our Education team, become familiar with our facilities and exhibitions, and ask questions about planning an excursion or Museum learning experience.
The upcoming Term 3 Teacher’s Night features exclusive access to Sydney Science Trail programs, brought to you by the Australian Museum and Botanic Gardens of Sydney in celebration of National Science Week.
Please note:
- Eligible educators must currently be employed in a school setting or other education facility, be a pre-service teacher or be in a capacity to influence excursion or learning resource choices.
Key features:
- Entry into the Sydney Science Trail: Science Community Networking Night, which kicks off at 5.30pm and includes after-hours access to the Sydney Science Trail Expo with interactive stalls from over 20 science organisations.
- Opportunity to meet with our Education and Group bookings teams
- Discover education programs at the Museum for a range of learning
- Gain familiarity with the Museum's facilities
- Opportunity to ask questions about planning school excursions.
